Keeping new Jewish immigrant families cool during the intense Israeli summer

Bringing Relief during Israel's blazing hot Summer

Very few things can prepare you for that first time you experience the fullness of Israeli summer heat.

That is the case currently with hundreds of families of Olim that have recently arrived in Israel. Some of them are large families with various children, some are elderly. However, they all come from very different climates, which makes the harsh Israeli summer an additional unbearable challenge to face.

For many families that have recently made their way to Israel, arriving with very few belongings and a lot of needs, most of them are housed in tiny apartments and without even a small fan to offer some relief.

During the first days and weeks in the Land, trying to find their footing, families are focused on getting food and basic provision. Fans are a luxury they simply cannot afford, yet desperately need. Especially in Israel.

Distributing fans among families with children and elderly was born out of this great need to offer summer relief for these Olim. This is not a long-term investment, but an immediate relief, which is why it has a sense of urgency.

Your gift of $30 will not only greatly bless a family with a much-needed house fan during the hot summer months, but it will also be an answer to someone’s prayer during the most difficult season of change in their lives.

You can bless one family through a gift of $30, or 10 families with a gift of $300.

Prayerfully consider supporting this project today!
