A Divine Assignment for This Hour –
Evangelism and Discipleship Center Renovations

We are living in very unusual times here in Israel. As Yom Kippur and the High Holy Days draw near, the whole nation is pausing, reflecting, and asking God for forgiveness. At the same time, many people are quietly searching for something deeper—a real hope, a personal encounter with God, and the peace that only Yeshua can bring.

In the middle of this season, God has given us a very clear task at Beit Hallel: to raise up a place where people can meet Him, where new believers can be discipled, and where the Gospel can go out into the streets of our cities.

That place is our Evangelism & Discipleship Center.

This center is not just another project. It will be a warm and welcoming space where:

  • People who are searching can come and hear the Good News.
  • New believers can be taught, cared for, and grow in their faith.
  • Outreach teams can gather, pray, and go out to share Yeshua with people who have never heard the Gospel.

We have already seen so much fruit from our ministry, even without this center being fully ready. Holocaust survivors have received love and dignity after years of loneliness. Young adults have experienced the Holy Spirit in a powerful way and decided to follow Yeshua.

Families who just arrived in Israel with nothing have found food, clothing, and—most importantly—hope. Thousands of Israelis have heard the Gospel of Yeshua through our evangelism events.

Imagine what God can accomplish with this dedicated center!

Why This Matters Now

Israel is a nation at a crossroads. People are open and searching, but time is short. We believe the Lord is telling us very clearly: “Get ready. Prepare My people.”

This new Evangelism & Discipleship Center will help us do exactly that. It will give us the space we need to disciple new believers, send outreach teams, and build up the body of Messiah here in the Land. It will be a place full of life, teaching, and worship—a place that will keep bearing fruit for years to come.

How You Can Help

This is where you come in. We can’t do this alone. Every step forward—every wall repaired, every classroom prepared, every outreach equipped—happens because friends like you stand with us.

Your gift will help us:

  • Finish the renovations so the building is ready to use.
  • Set up classrooms for Bible study and discipleship.
  • Provide resources for outreach teams.
  • Create a welcoming space where people can hear about Yeshua and experience His love.

When you give, you’re not just helping with construction. You’re helping people hear the Gospel, grow in faith, and find hope in Yeshua.

A Personal Request

So today, I want to ask you personally: would you consider giving a gift toward the completion of this center? Whatever amount God puts on your heart will make a real difference. Together, we can open the doors and see this place filled with worship, teaching, and lives changed.

This is our calling for this hour.
And when you stand with us, you share in the harvest.

Thank you for your prayers, your support, and your love for Israel. May the Lord bless you as you give and as you partner with us in this work.

With gratitude and love,
Pastor Israel Pochtar

Tamar’s Testimony:
Bringing God’s Comfort to the Brokenhearted

“Comfort, comfort My people, says your God.” Isaiah 40:1 Among the sixty Israelis who joined our Jerusalem outreach this Fall Feast season was Tamar, a young woman from the nation of Georgia who had only recently made aliyah. She and her husband came with hearts wide open, curious but searching—drawn, as she later shared, by […]

Yom Kippur:
The Day of Atonement and the Promise of Redemption

Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the biblical calendar, is just around the corner. In a few days, life in Israel will come to a stop. Streets will grow quiet, shops will close, planes won’t fly, and even the highways will be empty. Once a year, the whole nation pauses together to humble itself before […]

Strengthening the Hands That Serve:
Encouraging Our Pastoral Family in Eilat

Pastors spend much of their lives encouraging others. They pray with families, guide people through difficult seasons, teach the Scriptures, and help believers grow in their faith. Yet those who faithfully shepherd others also need moments to step away from their daily responsibilities, share their hearts, and receive encouragement themselves. Recently, Pastor Israel traveled to […]

Until All Israel Hears —
The Good News Project

Nearly two thousand years ago, the Good News of Yeshua began spreading from Jerusalem to the nations. This November, believers from those nations will come to Israel to stand alongside our Beit Hallel team, sharing that same message in the streets of the very land where it all began. There is something deeply meaningful about […]

One Family’s Journey of Aliyah, Resilience, and Belonging

“We have nowhere left to return to. We’ve already returned. Home.” These are Olga’s words, and they tell us something about the family we’ve come to know through our work at Beit Hallel. Since arriving in Israel, Olga and her family have experienced the joy of welcoming a new baby, the challenges of starting over, […]

Where He Walked, They Prayed:
200 Israelis Encounter the Gospel at Magdala

There are places in Israel where the stories of the Bible suddenly feel very close. Magdala, on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, is one of them. Recently, we brought 200 Israelis to this ancient town, where Yeshua (Jesus) ministered in the surrounding region nearly 2,000 years ago. We wanted them to discover more […]

The Stones Are Ancient:
The Gospel Still Changes Lives

Some places carry a history that time cannot erase. Along the shores of the Sea of Galilee, ancient stones still bear witness to the world Yeshua walked through—the villages where He taught, the people He encountered, and the lives that were forever changed by meeting Him.  As we prepare to welcome 200 Israelis to the […]

Hebrew Word of the Week:
B’yadcha (בְּיָדְךָ) —
Into Your Hand

Some things are simply beyond our control. We can pray, make wise decisions, do everything we know to do, and still reach a point where the outcome is no longer in our hands. This can be one of the hardest places for us, because we naturally want to know what is going to happen and […]
