Fifteen years ago, Tatyana and her husband Slava embarked on a brave journey, leaving behind their old life to begin anew in Israel, bringing with them their precious one-year-old child Alex. The promise of a fresh start in the land of their forefathers filled their hearts with hope.
Over the years, they grew their family and welcomed another child, Vika, into their home. Yet, like so many who have made this journey, their path was not without challenges.
Tatyana’s family faced struggles that began to weigh heavily on their hearts and home. Feeling the burden of these trials, she reached out for help, guided by a loving relative who introduced her to our community at Beit Hallel. With courage, she came to us, seeking prayer—prayer for her family, her marriage, and their future. She poured out her heart, holding tightly to the belief that the Lord, in His mercy, would step into their situation and bring healing.
As a congregation, we had the privilege of standing with Tatyana in that moment.
We prayed together, lifting her burdens to the Lord. We invited her to join one of our home groups, a safe and nurturing space where she could find not only prayer but also the warmth of fellowship and the encouragement of others who have walked through similar struggles.
One of the most beautiful parts of this journey is the way her teenage son Alex has also been embraced by our community. He was introduced to our youth ministry, where he connected with other young believers who welcomed him with open hearts. They exchanged contact information, and he eagerly expressed a desire to attend youth meetings. It’s a small yet profound step, showing how God is already at work in this family, planting seeds of hope and faith that we trust will bear fruit.
We continue to pray fervently for Tatyana and her family—that their hearts would be drawn ever closer to the Lord, that broken relationships would be healed, and that their home would be filled with the peace and restoration only God can bring.
Tatyana’s story is not just a testimony of struggle; it is a beacon of hope.
It reminds us of the power of prayer, the strength of community, and the incredible love of Yeshua that restores what is broken. Her faith inspires us, her courage moves us, and her journey reminds us of God’s promises to His children.
The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Psalm 34:18
In moments like these, we are reminded of the beauty of standing together as the body of Yeshua. Tatyana’s story is still unfolding, but we know the Author of her life is faithful. Let us continue to pray for families like hers, trusting that God’s grace will bring about the transformation and healing they so deeply long for.
Together, we can be the hands and feet of Yeshua, extending His love to those in need.
Thank you for standing with us in prayer and in faith as we trust God to do great things in Tatyana’s life and the lives of countless others across Israel.
Shalom and blessings!
