Ashkelon Blessing Spotlight:
First Time to School in Israel
Partnering with God through Kindness

Having just finished our First time to school in Israel Project in Ashdod, we were so excited to see the joy, tears and gratitude on the face of both kids and their parents when they received their new backpacks and school supplies YOUR generosity helped provide.

It was time to extend a helping hand and do the same project at Beit Hallel Ashkelon for families in need.

Talk about a double-portion blessing!

You cannot put a price tag on how deeply acts of kindness touch people’s hearts. It truly paves the way for the Lord to come in and take hold of a person’s heart when he’s in such a profound state of gratitude.

This is what YOU helped accomplish! Through your amazing generosity, prayers and love, you are partnering with God in touching people from where you are, and we are grateful for you.

Here are a few of the highlights from the beautiful moments at the project.

Yana’s Testimony

Yana made aliyah to Israel, along with her son Maxim, nearly six months ago. They had fled the war in Ukraine in hopes of a better life in Israel, and in reconnecting with their Jewish roots. They eventually settled in Ashkelon, which is our neighboring city where we also have a congregation and humanitarian center.  […]

A Time to Show God’s Love
Season of the High Holy Days in Israel

We’re entering the season of High Holy Days in Israel, and it’s an incredibly important, as well as prophetic season where we start off by celebrating Rosh Hashanah, which is the Jewish New Year, but also known as Feast of Trumpets.  It refers to the sound of Trumpets that announce the return of our Lord […]

Putting together a powerful and dynamic youth conference to mark the end of the summer and beginning of a new season for our young people is always a task that fills us with the greatest of satisfactions. To be able to witness the passion and fire for Yeshua in our Israeli youth is invaluable. It’s […]

Back to School Ethiopian Community Outreach
Blessed to be a Blessing

With only a few days left before the start of the school year here in Israel, we decided to expand our reach and spread the blessing further than our community. For many years we have worked closely with an amazing community of Ethiopian believers whom we have supported whenever possible in diverse humanitarian projects. One […]

Strengthening the Hands That Serve:
Encouraging Our Pastoral Family in Eilat

Pastors spend much of their lives encouraging others. They pray with families, guide people through difficult seasons, teach the Scriptures, and help believers grow in their faith. Yet those who faithfully shepherd others also need moments to step away from their daily responsibilities, share their hearts, and receive encouragement themselves. Recently, Pastor Israel traveled to […]

Until All Israel Hears —
The Good News Project

Nearly two thousand years ago, the Good News of Yeshua began spreading from Jerusalem to the nations. This November, believers from those nations will come to Israel to stand alongside our Beit Hallel team, sharing that same message in the streets of the very land where it all began. There is something deeply meaningful about […]

Four Generations. One Place to Call Home —
One Family’s Journey of Aliyah, Resilience, and Belonging

“We have nowhere left to return to. We’ve already returned. Home.” These are Olga’s words, and they tell us something about the family we’ve come to know through our work at Beit Hallel. Since arriving in Israel, Olga and her family have experienced the joy of welcoming a new baby, the challenges of starting over, […]

Where He Walked, They Prayed:
200 Israelis Encounter the Gospel at Magdala

There are places in Israel where the stories of the Bible suddenly feel very close. Magdala, on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, is one of them. Recently, we brought 200 Israelis to this ancient town, where Yeshua (Jesus) ministered in the surrounding region nearly 2,000 years ago. We wanted them to discover more […]

The Stones Are Ancient:
The Gospel Still Changes Lives

Some places carry a history that time cannot erase. Along the shores of the Sea of Galilee, ancient stones still bear witness to the world Yeshua walked through—the villages where He taught, the people He encountered, and the lives that were forever changed by meeting Him.  As we prepare to welcome 200 Israelis to the […]

Hebrew Word of the Week: B’yadcha (בְּיָדְךָ) — Into Your Hand

Hebrew Word of the Week:
B’yadcha (בְּיָדְךָ) —
Into Your Hand

Some things are simply beyond our control. We can pray, make wise decisions, do everything we know to do, and still reach a point where the outcome is no longer in our hands. This can be one of the hardest places for us, because we naturally want to know what is going to happen and […]
