Bomb Shelter Praise Report:
A Place of Safety, Worship, and Unshakable Faith

From the moment we set foot in our current location, one concern stood above all others—the need for a bomb shelter. In Israel, this is not a mere precaution; it is a lifeline, a vital necessity in a region where sirens and missile threats are a reality of life.

For years, we relied on a rented underground bomb shelter, a space that served its purpose but had begun to show the toll of time, wear, and constant use. Cracks formed, systems aged, and the need for renovation became urgent. We prayed, we believed, and we acted. And today, we stand in awe of how God has moved through the generosity of faithful partners like you.

Now, we have a fully renovated, fully fortified bomb shelter—a place that not only provides physical safety but has become a center of worship, prayer, and discipleship. This is not just a shelter from missiles; it is a sanctuary of God’s presence.

A Refuge in Every Sense

Built to withstand even a direct missile hit, this shelter has become so much more than a place of emergency refuge. It has transformed into a hub of spiritual life—a place where:

  • Worship continues, even when sirens sound.
  • Prayer meetings remain uninterrupted, even in times of war.
  • Discipleship thrives, ensuring that faith grows even in adversity.
  • Women and youth find a safe space to gather, learn, and seek God.

Even when the world outside feels unstable, this shelter stands firm—a symbol of God’s unwavering protection over His people.

The Impact is Already Unfolding

We have already witnessed incredible fruit from this space. Lives are being changed, faith is being strengthened, and people are encountering God in powerful ways. Families who previously had nowhere to go during missile attacks now have a place of safety, where they can not only find shelter but also experience the peace and presence of God in the midst of chaos.

In moments of crisis, when fear could easily take hold, this shelter has become a beacon of hope—a place where God’s people stand strong, worship boldly, and grow in their faith despite the storm outside.

A Testament to God’s Provision

This bomb shelter is more than just a fortified space—it is a testimony. It is a declaration that God provides in times of need, that He protects His people, and that through unity and generosity, we can build places of refuge that sustain not only the body but also the soul.

To every friend and partner who made this possible, thank you.

Your generosity has provided more than bricks and mortar—you have sown into a legacy of faith, resilience, and worship that will continue for generations.

Together, we are ensuring that even in the darkest times, the light of God’s presence will never be dimmed. Worship will not cease. Prayer will not be silenced. The mission of the Kingdom will continue—unshaken, unbroken, unstoppable.

May this shelter stand as a witness that no matter the trials, God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Thank you for being part of this incredible journey.

Aliyah:
Fulfilling Prophecy and Embracing Those Who Return

The return of the Jewish people to Israel—Aliyah—is one of the most powerful fulfillments of biblical prophecy unfolding in our time. Across generations, the prophets spoke of a day when God would gather His people back to their homeland, restoring them from the nations where they were scattered. That day is now. We are witnessing […]

The Unexpected Encounter That Gave Marina Hope

The Work He Left In Our Hands —
Galilee Evangelism Campaign

Here in Israel, many people can know the names of biblical places and the stories connected with them — and still know very little about who Yeshua really is. For many of the new Jewish immigrants we meet, Israel itself is also new. They are building a life in a new country, discovering the land, […]

“Please Don’t Wait Too Long” —
Holocaust Survivors Project Report

Some of the Holocaust survivors who walked into our gathering in Ashdod already knew us. Others did not. We could see the hesitation on a few faces, and we understood it. They had been invited into a room with people they barely knew — and we were wondering how they would respond when we spoke […]

Inside the Sukkah:
Remembering the God Who Provides

One of the things I love about Sukkot is how many simple reminders of God’s faithfulness surround us during this Feast. We build the sukkah, we sit beneath its branches, we share meals together as families, and we remember something our people have needed to remember for thousands of years: everything we have ultimately comes […]

Hebrew Word of the Week:
Adonai Uzzi (יְהוָה עֻזִּי) —
The LORD Is My Strength

We all become tired sometimes, and I don’t mean only physically. There is another kind of tiredness that comes when you have been carrying something for a long time. You have prayed, you have tried to make the right decisions, you have kept going, but the situation has still not changed. After some time, you […]

Holocaust Survivors Praise Report

The Moroccan food was a hit. We had brought it from Ashdod for a gathering with Holocaust survivors in Jerusalem, and before long people around the tables were asking about our city. What is Ashdod like? Could they come visit sometime? We loved that. Somewhere between passing plates, talking across the table and getting to […]
