Bringing the Gospel to Yeshua’s Hometown: Evangelism Outreach in Nazareth

As we approach the end of March, Beit Hallel Congregation is preparing for a powerful and deeply significant evangelism outreach in Nazareth—the very hometown of Yeshua. This is not just another outreach; it is a historic, prophetic moment, an opportunity to ignite hearts with the truth of Yeshua in the very place where He grew up and began His ministry. We are believing for 900 Israeli non-believers to hear the Gospel, and we need your help to make this possible.

Nazareth: A Name with a Prophetic Meaning

The name Nazareth (Natzeret – נָצְרַת) comes from the Hebrew root “Netzer” (נֵצֶר), meaning “branch.” This directly connects to the prophecy in Isaiah:

A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch (Netzer) will bear fruit.

Isaiah 11:1, NIV

This prophecy speaks of the coming Messiah—Yeshua—who is the “Netzer”, the Branch from the line of David. How incredible is it that the Savior of the world was raised in this very town, and now, centuries later, His name will be proclaimed once again in this sacred place?

The Hebrew word for Christian, “Notzri” (נוֹצרִי), also comes from this same root, emphasizing the deep connection between Yeshua, His followers, and this city. Can you imagine the spiritual weight of standing in Nazareth, proclaiming the same Gospel that began there over 2,000 years ago? This is more than an event—it is destiny unfolding before our eyes.

Why This Outreach Matters

Throughout the Bible, God’s heart for Israel is clear. Yeshua Himself declared:

I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Matthew 15:24, TLV

The Gospel was first given to Israel so that through them, the nations would be blessed. But today, so many in Israel still do not know their own Messiah. This is why we must go! This is why we must reach them! This is why we cannot stay silent!

When we step into Nazareth with the Gospel, we are walking in Yeshua’s very footsteps, echoing His voice, and extending His invitation once more to His own people.

How You Can Help

To make this outreach possible, we need you. Our goal is to bring 900 Israelis—many of whom have never heard the Gospel—into an atmosphere where they can experience the presence of God and encounter the truth of Yeshua as their Messiah. We still need to cover the cost of the last 50 remaining people on our list of invitees. Would you be willing to sponsor 1, 10, or all 50 people for $100 per person?

Your donation will help cover:

  • Venue rental – A space large enough to welcome hundreds of Israelis
  • Transportation – Bringing people from different regions of Israel
  • Meals – Providing hospitality to our attendees
  • Guided tours to Biblical sites – Helping participants connect the Gospel to their heritage

This is a moment pregnant with divine purpose. This is history in the making. The opportunity before us is sacred and urgent—we must share the love of Yeshua with His people, in His hometown, at this time!

Would you stand with us in faith, in prayer, and in generosity to make this a reality?

Together, we will see prophecy fulfilled, lives transformed, and the name of Yeshua lifted high in Nazareth!

Spreading Joy, Sharing God’s Love: A Purim Thank You

One of the greatest commandments God has given us for Purim is to rejoice—to celebrate His victory, His faithfulness, and His deliverance. This special holiday is a time to remember how He turned sorrow into joy and mourning into dancing. It is a time to declare, just as in the days of Esther and Mordecai, […]

The God of Victory
A Reflection from the Land of the Bible

Everywhere I travel in Israel, I am reminded that this land is more than just ancient history—it is a living testimony to God’s power, faithfulness, and promises. The very stones and landscapes tell a story that goes beyond archaeology; they speak of divine intervention, of battles won not by human strength alone but by the […]

Building Relationships, Changing Lives

God is moving powerfully in Israel today, touching hearts and transforming lives through the message of salvation. But sharing the gospel is more than just speaking the words—it’s about building real relationships, walking alongside people in their journey, and showing them the love of Yeshua in a tangible way. This is exactly the kind of […]

The Unexpected Encounter That Gave Marina Hope

The Work He Left In Our Hands —
Galilee Evangelism Campaign

Here in Israel, many people can know the names of biblical places and the stories connected with them — and still know very little about who Yeshua really is. For many of the new Jewish immigrants we meet, Israel itself is also new. They are building a life in a new country, discovering the land, […]

“Please Don’t Wait Too Long” —
Holocaust Survivors Project Report

Some of the Holocaust survivors who walked into our gathering in Ashdod already knew us. Others did not. We could see the hesitation on a few faces, and we understood it. They had been invited into a room with people they barely knew — and we were wondering how they would respond when we spoke […]

Inside the Sukkah:
Remembering the God Who Provides

One of the things I love about Sukkot is how many simple reminders of God’s faithfulness surround us during this Feast. Hebrew Word of the Week:
Adonai Uzzi (יְהוָה עֻזִּי) —
The LORD Is My Strength

We all become tired sometimes, and I don’t mean only physically. There is another kind of tiredness that comes when you have been carrying something for a long time. You have prayed, you have tried to make the right decisions, you have kept going, but the situation has still not changed. After some time, you […]

Holocaust Survivors Praise Report

The Moroccan food was a hit. We had brought it from Ashdod for a gathering with Holocaust survivors in Jerusalem, and before long people around the tables were asking about our city. What is Ashdod like? Could they come visit sometime? We loved that. Somewhere between passing plates, talking across the table and getting to […]
