For Such a Time as This
Purim Humanitarian Outreach

The story of Purim in the Bible is a powerful lesson on God’s faithfulness and deliverance of His people in their darkest hour.

However, Purim is also a stark reminder that as believers, the Esther’s of our generation, we are called and brought into the kingdom “for such a time as this”, to stand with the people of Israel and intercede on their behalf.

In a time of increased hatred, rejection and threat to the existence of Israel, Purim is a biblical feast that serves as a wake-up call to those who think God’s promises aren’t eternal when it comes to His covenant with the people of Israel.

To stand with Israel at a time like this is aligning with God and His promises.

During this Purim festival, we will be holding a large-scale humanitarian project in a number of cities; from Jerusalem, Ashdod, Ashkelon to Eilat.

Practical kindness is the best tool we have to reflect the love of God at a time when people need it most.  Helping to feed people and care for families in need is revealing the very heart of God for them.

Would you take up your royal calling in the kingdom, like Esther did, and decidedly stand with Israel by helping at a time of great need?

For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?
