Irina’s Testimony
Building Relationships, Changing Lives

God is moving powerfully in Israel today, touching hearts and transforming lives through the message of salvation. But sharing the gospel is more than just speaking the words—it’s about building real relationships, walking alongside people in their journey, and showing them the love of Yeshua in a tangible way.

This is exactly the kind of work our post-evangelism follow-up team does.

Through projects like our discipleship course for seekers and special gatherings like the Alpha picnic, people are given a space to connect, ask questions, and experience the presence of God in a deep and personal way. And the fruit has been incredible—many have found salvation, healing, and a new identity in Messiah!

One such testimony is that of Irina. She first came to our Alpha discipleship course because of her mother’s invitation. At the end of the course, we arranged a special Alpha picnic, something remarkable happened—she opened her heart to Yeshua and received Him as her Savior.

As we prayed for her, the Holy Spirit came upon her, and she was baptized in the Spirit.

Tears streamed down her face as she shared her struggles—how difficult things were for her at home and how she often felt unworthy. We spoke to her about God’s love, His deep care for her, and His purpose for her life. That day, God profoundly touched her, and she left knowing she was cherished and valued in His eyes.

Testimonies like Irina’s remind us that the gospel is still the power of God for salvation (Romans 1:16). But beyond the words, it is the love of God, demonstrated through real relationships and meaningful connections, that truly opens hearts.

Let us continue this work, faithfully planting seeds, nurturing faith, and watching as God brings the increase. Lives are being changed, and His kingdom is advancing in Israel today!

I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.

Ezekiel 36:26

Spreading Joy, Sharing God’s Love: A Purim Thank You

One of the greatest commandments God has given us for Purim is to rejoice—to celebrate His victory, His faithfulness, and His deliverance. This special holiday is a time to remember how He turned sorrow into joy and mourning into dancing. It is a time to declare, just as in the days of Esther and Mordecai, […]

The God of Victory
A Reflection from the Land of the Bible

Everywhere I travel in Israel, I am reminded that this land is more than just ancient history—it is a living testimony to God’s power, faithfulness, and promises. The very stones and landscapes tell a story that goes beyond archaeology; they speak of divine intervention, of battles won not by human strength alone but by the […]

Bringing the Gospel to Yeshua’s Hometown: Evangelism Outreach in Nazareth

As we approach the end of March, Beit Hallel Congregation is preparing for a powerful and deeply significant evangelism outreach in Nazareth—the very hometown of Yeshua. This is not just another outreach; it is a historic, prophetic moment, an opportunity to ignite hearts with the truth of Yeshua in the very place where He grew up and began His ministry. […]

When God Knows the Whole Story:
The Unexpected Encounter That Gave Marina Hope

Marina* came to our Sukkot celebration carrying a fear she could do nothing about. Her son was in prison in Ukraine, badly wounded, and she did not know what would happen to him. She had no idea that among the people she would meet that day was someone whose own story would touch hers in […]

The Work He Left In Our Hands —
Galilee Evangelism Campaign

Here in Israel, many people can know the names of biblical places and the stories connected with them — and still know very little about who Yeshua really is. For many of the new Jewish immigrants we meet, Israel itself is also new. They are building a life in a new country, discovering the land, […]

“Please Don’t Wait Too Long” —
Holocaust Survivors Project Report

Some of the Holocaust survivors who walked into our gathering in Ashdod already knew us. Others did not. We could see the hesitation on a few faces, and we understood it. They had been invited into a room with people they barely knew — and we were wondering how they would respond when we spoke […]

Inside the Sukkah:
Remembering the God Who Provides

One of the things I love about Sukkot is how many simple reminders of God’s faithfulness surround us during this Feast. We build the sukkah, we sit beneath its branches, we share meals together as families, and we remember something our people have needed to remember for thousands of years: everything we have ultimately comes […]

Hebrew Word of the Week: Adonai Uzzi (יְהוָה עֻזִּי) — The LORD Is My Strength

Hebrew Word of the Week:
Adonai Uzzi (יְהוָה עֻזִּי) —
The LORD Is My Strength

We all become tired sometimes, and I don’t mean only physically. There is another kind of tiredness that comes when you have been carrying something for a long time. You have prayed, you have tried to make the right decisions, you have kept going, but the situation has still not changed. After some time, you […]

“Don’t Forget Us. Come Again” —
Holocaust Survivors Praise Report

The Moroccan food was a hit. We had brought it from Ashdod for a gathering with Holocaust survivors in Jerusalem, and before long people around the tables were asking about our city. What is Ashdod like? Could they come visit sometime? We loved that. Somewhere between passing plates, talking across the table and getting to […]
