So is My word that goes out from My mouth:
It will not return to Me empty,
but will accomplish what I desire
and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.Isaiah 55:11 (NIV)
Each week, Beit Hallel’s outreach team travels to Jerusalem, where we meet with locals—new immigrants, the elderly, seekers, and the curious—to share the love of Yeshua and the truth of His Word. These weekly gatherings have become a place of divine encounters, where hearts are opened and lives are touched by the presence of God.
We go in faith, believing the promise of Isaiah 55:11—that God’s Word never returns void. And once again, this truth was beautifully demonstrated at one of our recent outreach evenings.
A Divine Appointment
During this particular outreach, we had the joy of welcoming two women—Tatiana and Olga—who joined us for the very first time. They had been invited by a believing sister from Jerusalem who had been praying for them. It was clear from the beginning that God had prepared their hearts. As they arrived, our team welcomed them with warmth, hospitality, and genuine love—the kind of love that opens hearts even before a single word is spoken.
They stayed throughout the event, listening intently as we shared the living Word of God. The atmosphere was full of peace and expectancy, and many who came could sense the Lord moving in a special way that evening.
A Heart Softened by Truth
After the main part of the outreach, Chaim, one of our seasoned elders, sat down with Tatiana for a one-on-one conversation. She shared openly and sincerely. Though she had lived in Israel for many years, she admitted she had never experienced such an honest and deep conversation about the Bible. She said the words spoken during the meeting had touched something deep within her—something she hadn’t felt in a very long time.
As Chaim shared his personal journey—how Yeshua had revealed Himself to him, how he repented, and how his life was completely transformed—Tatiana listened with tears welling up in her eyes. She was clearly moved by the authenticity of his story and the love of God that she was beginning to sense for herself.
Chaim gently asked her, “Do you believe that Jesus died for your sins?” She paused, then quietly responded, “Yes.” With reverence, he invited her to take the next step—to pray and receive Yeshua into her heart. She agreed, and as they prayed the sinner’s prayer together, she began to weep, overwhelmed by the presence of the Lord. It was a sacred moment—a divine exchange between a searching soul and her Savior.
A Second Heart Awakens
Just as they finished praying, Olga returned to the table. Chaim had assumed she had stepped away and perhaps lost interest, but instead, she looked at him with eyes full of conviction and said, “I also want to pray.”
She explained that recently she had felt God drawing her closer. There were heavy burdens on her heart—especially pain in her family. Her children had distanced themselves from her, and she longed for healing, reconciliation, and peace. Chaim led her in a prayer of repentance and invited her to speak from her heart directly to Yeshua. She did—and it was beautiful. A woman burdened by sorrow left that evening with hope, a new beginning, and the peace of knowing she is not alone.
Seeds That Will Bear Fruit
We are continuing to pray for Tatiana and Olga, that the seeds planted in their hearts will take root, grow, and flourish into a life-changing relationship with Yeshua. We believe this is just the beginning of a journey that God Himself has initiated.
This testimony is one of many we are witnessing in Jerusalem. Each gathering is a reminder that the harvest is truly plentiful, and that the Word of God is not just spoken—it’s alive, active, and working in the hearts of people. Every outreach, every act of love, every verse shared is a seed that God waters in His perfect timing.
Let us remain faithful in sowing, knowing that the Lord is bringing the increase.
