One More Seat. One More Story —
Galilee Evangelism Outpouring

One More Seat - One More

Imagine an Israeli stepping onto a boat on the Sea of Galilee. The shoreline is familiar. The names of the towns are familiar. Perhaps some of the Bible stories are familiar too—they are part of the language, history and landscape of this country. But Yeshua Himself may not be familiar at all. For many Israelis, the places where He walked are much easier to encounter than the Gospel He preached.

Very soon, hundreds of Israelis will spend a day with us in the Galilee.

We will travel together, eat together, visit biblical places, and cross the Sea of Galilee by boat. There will be conversations along the way, laughter, questions, probably a few people wondering when lunch is coming—as there always are. But everything is leading toward one moment we have been praying about: gathering together while Pastor Israel shares the Gospel clearly and openly. No one can manufacture what happens in a person’s heart when they hear about Yeshua. We can simply bring them close enough to hear.

That is what the practical side of this outreach makes possible. Approximately $100 covers the complete day for one Israeli—transportation to and throughout the Galilee, a shared meal, visits to biblical places, the boat trip on the Sea of Galilee and the evangelistic gathering. On a spreadsheet, it is a cost. On the day itself, it looks very different. It is someone climbing onto the bus in the morning. A plate set down at lunch. A place on the boat. A chair waiting when the Gospel is shared.

And there are still seats we would love to fill.

We don’t know which conversation someone will remember afterward. It may happen on the bus. It may begin while looking across the water. It may be something Pastor Israel says from Scripture that catches a person completely by surprise. We have seen enough over the years to know that God often works in moments we could never have planned ourselves. Our part is to open the door, welcome people in and give them the opportunity to hear.

If you would like to put someone in one of those seats, there is still time. A gift of $25 helps toward one Israeli’s day. $50 covers half the cost. $100 makes the entire day possible for one person. And $500 enables five Israelis to join us. Every gift becomes something wonderfully concrete before this outreach even begins:

$25
Help toward one Israeli’s day

$50
Cover half the cost for one Israeli

$100
Sponsor one Israeli

$500
Sponsor five Israelis

Soon, those seats will be filled. There will be people on the buses, conversations over lunch, faces looking out across the Sea of Galilee, and a room full of Israelis listening as the Gospel is shared. We don’t know yet whose heart God will touch that day. We only know we want to make room for as many as we can.

Will you help us make room for one more?

“How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard?”

“Don’t Forget Us. Come Again” —
Holocaust Survivors Praise Report

The Moroccan food was a hit. We had brought it from Ashdod for a gathering with Holocaust survivors in Jerusalem, and before long people around the tables were asking about our city. What is Ashdod like? Could they come visit sometime? We loved that. Somewhere between passing plates, talking across the table and getting to […]

He Made it to Israel. Then Came the Question: Why?

Evgeny had already done the hard part—or at least the part that looked hardest from the outside. He and his mother had managed to leave Ukraine during the war and make their way to Israel, something he still describes as a miracle. They were safe. They were living in Jerusalem. But arriving did not automatically […]

The Feast of Tabernacles —
When God Commands Us To Rejoice

All across Israel right now, balconies look a little different. Wooden frames have gone up, branches cover makeshift roofs, and down on the streets, people who have no balcony have found whatever patch of space they can and built there. Our own sukkah—the temporary booth or shelter used during Sukkot, the Feast of Tabernacles—stands six […]

Strengthening the Hands That Serve:
Encouraging Our Pastoral Family in Eilat

Pastors spend much of their lives encouraging others. They pray with families, guide people through difficult seasons, teach the Scriptures, and help believers grow in their faith. Yet those who faithfully shepherd others also need moments to step away from their daily responsibilities, share their hearts, and receive encouragement themselves. Recently, Pastor Israel traveled to […]

Until All Israel Hears —
The Good News Project

Nearly two thousand years ago, the Good News of Yeshua began spreading from Jerusalem to the nations. This November, believers from those nations will come to Israel to stand alongside our Beit Hallel team, sharing that same message in the streets of the very land where it all began. There is something deeply meaningful about […]

One Family’s Journey of Aliyah, Resilience, and Belonging

“We have nowhere left to return to. We’ve already returned. Home.” These are Olga’s words, and they tell us something about the family we’ve come to know through our work at Beit Hallel. Since arriving in Israel, Olga and her family have experienced the joy of welcoming a new baby, the challenges of starting over, […]

Where He Walked, They Prayed:
200 Israelis Encounter the Gospel at Magdala

There are places in Israel where the stories of the Bible suddenly feel very close. Magdala, on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, is one of them. Recently, we brought 200 Israelis to this ancient town, where Yeshua (Jesus) ministered in the surrounding region nearly 2,000 years ago. We wanted them to discover more […]

The Stones Are Ancient:
The Gospel Still Changes Lives

Some places carry a history that time cannot erase. Along the shores of the Sea of Galilee, ancient stones still bear witness to the world Yeshua walked through—the villages where He taught, the people He encountered, and the lives that were forever changed by meeting Him.  As we prepare to welcome 200 Israelis to the […]

Hebrew Word of the Week:
B’yadcha (בְּיָדְךָ) —
Into Your Hand

Some things are simply beyond our control. We can pray, make wise decisions, do everything we know to do, and still reach a point where the outcome is no longer in our hands. This can be one of the hardest places for us, because we naturally want to know what is going to happen and […]
