Pillars of Strength:
Women of Faith in Times of Trial

In times of great challenge, the women of Israel stand as pillars of strength—wives, mothers, daughters, and sisters who bear the weight of the world with a grace that seems almost supernatural. They are the engine that keeps families moving, the glue that holds communities together, and the beating heart of a nation under pressure.

Today, many of these women face trials that are difficult to fathom. Some serve on the frontlines of war, risking their lives to protect their homeland. Others are engaged in quieter yet equally profound battles at home—keeping their families strong, comforting their children, and bidding tearful farewells to husbands and sons who have answered the call to defend their lives and land. These burdens are heavy, and their hearts often ache under the strain.

Yet, even in the midst of hardship, these women find strength in the Lord.

Recently, we gathered a group of women who are on a journey to seek God’s presence. This sacred gathering was a time of connection and renewal, a moment for these women—who so often pour out their strength for others—to pour out their own hearts to the Lord. Together, they shared their tears, pain, and stories, finding solace in God’s presence and the comfort of one another.

Miriam, a remarkable woman of faith and one of our leaders exemplifies this strength and resilience. On October 7th, Miriam tragically lost her eldest son, David. In her grief, she turned to God and experienced His comfort, witnessing beauty rise from the ashes of her sorrow. Now, Miriam shares this comfort with others, becoming a light to those around her who are desperate for hope. Her testimony reminds us that God’s grace is sufficient, even in the deepest valleys.

The gathering brought together women from diverse walks of life, each carrying her own burdens yet united by a shared longing for God’s presence. In the vulnerability of the moment, they discovered healing and strength. They prayed together, encouraged one another, and experienced a renewed sense of resilience. It was a reminder that even in the darkest seasons, the Lord is our refuge and strength.

God’s presence was unmistakable during the meeting.

He embraced each woman with His love, mended their wounds, and recharged their spirits with new hope. It was a time of renewal—a heartfelt hug for weary souls and a reminder of the promise found in the Psalms:

The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Psalm 34:18

Your support for the women of Israel through this ministry is making an eternal difference. Every prayer, every donation, and every word of encouragement helps bring comfort and transformation to these courageous women.

Together, we are witnessing lives being touched and renewed by the love of Yeshua, the Messiah.

Thank you for standing with us and with them. The seeds you sow today will bear fruit for eternity, as more hearts are drawn closer to the Lord.

May God bless you richly for being part of His work in these times of great need.

The Unexpected Encounter That Gave Marina Hope

Marina* came to our Sukkot celebration carrying a fear she could do nothing about. Her son was in prison in Ukraine, badly wounded, and she did not know what would happen to him. She had no idea that among the people she would meet that day was someone whose own story would touch hers in […]

The Work He Left In Our Hands —
Galilee Evangelism Campaign

Here in Israel, many people can know the names of biblical places and the stories connected with them — and still know very little about who Yeshua really is. For many of the new Jewish immigrants we meet, Israel itself is also new. They are building a life in a new country, discovering the land, […]

“Please Don’t Wait Too Long” —
Holocaust Survivors Project Report

Some of the Holocaust survivors who walked into our gathering in Ashdod already knew us. Others did not. We could see the hesitation on a few faces, and we understood it. They had been invited into a room with people they barely knew — and we were wondering how they would respond when we spoke […]

Inside the Sukkah:
Remembering the God Who Provides

One of the things I love about Sukkot is how many simple reminders of God’s faithfulness surround us during this Feast. We build the sukkah, we sit beneath its branches, we share meals together as families, and we remember something our people have needed to remember for thousands of years: everything we have ultimately comes […]

Hebrew Word of the Week:
Adonai Uzzi (יְהוָה עֻזִּי) —
The LORD Is My Strength

We all become tired sometimes, and I don’t mean only physically. There is another kind of tiredness that comes when you have been carrying something for a long time. You have prayed, you have tried to make the right decisions, you have kept going, but the situation has still not changed. After some time, you […]

“Don’t Forget Us. Come Again” —
Holocaust Survivors Praise Report

The Moroccan food was a hit. We had brought it from Ashdod for a gathering with Holocaust survivors in Jerusalem, and before long people around the tables were asking about our city. What is Ashdod like? Could they come visit sometime? We loved that. Somewhere between passing plates, talking across the table and getting to […]
