Powerful Testimony from Our Youth Prayer Meeting!

We are thrilled to share some amazing news from our youth ministry here at Beit Hallel.

This past week marked a significant milestone as we launched our weekly Beit Hallel youth prayer meetings. The Lord had placed this on our hearts for quite some time, and we felt it was finally the right moment to bring our youth together with a sole focus on prayer. Unlike our regular youth group meetings that usually include teaching, witnessing and fellowship, this gathering was all about seeking God’s presence through prayer and worship.

As the evening unfolded, something truly extraordinary happened. After spending some time in deep prayer, one of our youth leaders, Kostia, felt a powerful prompting from the Holy Spirit. He sensed that the moment had come to invite anyone who desired to be baptized in the Holy Spirit and receive the gift of speaking in tongues to step forward.

In response to this invitation, four young people boldly stood up, ready to receive. What followed was nothing short of miraculous. As we prayed over them, the Holy Spirit descended palpably, and they began to speak in tongues, expressing their newfound connection with God in a supernatural language. The atmosphere in the room was electric, charged with the tangible presence of God. It felt as if heaven itself had touched earth during those sacred hours.

We began our prayer at 8:30 PM, and the presence of the Holy Spirit was so overwhelming that we couldn’t bring ourselves to stop. We continued in fervent prayer and worship until around midnight. The fire of the Holy Spirit was so real; you could feel it deep in your soul. It was a night that none of us will ever forget.

One young man, Elad, had an especially profound experience. Initially, he was unsure of what he was feeling. But as we prayed, the Holy Spirit touched him powerfully. In awe, he opened his eyes, looked at me, and whispered, “Wow, I felt it. It’s something enormous, something incredible.” His legs were trembling, and he was covered in goosebumps. Watching his reaction, we could see how deeply he was moved by God’s presence. It was a moment of awe and wonder, a clear sign that Yeshua was doing something extraordinary in our midst.

Starting this prayer ministry for our youth has been a tremendous blessing. We had been praying and seeking God’s guidance for several months, asking Him to show us how to begin. Now that we’ve taken this step of faith, we can’t wait to see what God will do next. We’re planning to meet every week, and we’ll be discussing which day works best for everyone. We are confident that God will continue to work miracles through this group, leading our youth to new levels of faith and spiritual growth.

Amen!

We are beyond blessed by what we witnessed at this first prayer meeting. It was a powerful reminder that when we seek God with all our hearts, He meets us in ways that exceed our expectations. We are excited to continue this journey together, moving forward in our faith as a united youth group, eager to experience more of God’s presence and power in our lives.

Encouraging Our Pastoral Family in Eilat

Pastors spend much of their lives encouraging others. They pray with families, guide people through difficult seasons, teach the Scriptures, and help believers grow in their faith. Yet those who faithfully shepherd others also need moments to step away from their daily responsibilities, share their hearts, and receive encouragement themselves. Recently, Pastor Israel traveled to […]

200 Israelis Encounter the Gospel at Magdala

Some things are simply beyond our control. We can pray, make wise decisions, do everything we know to do, and still reach a point where the outcome is no longer in our hands. This can be one of the hardest places for us, because we naturally want to know what is going to happen and […]
