Reaching New Heights with our Building Renovations!

[vc_row el_id=”newsletter”][vc_column][vc_column_text]
Our new congregational building’s renovations are moving ahead full-steam, and our team has made terrific progress in preparing the new sanctuary for Shabbat services, Bible School, Leadership Training, and Conferences, as well as impacting Humanitarian Project projects. Despite making good progress, we also realize the importance of remaining focused on the Lord’s vision for this sanctuary, and always remaining submitted and obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit, for “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” Amen!

Reaching New Heights with our Building Renovations!

The next phase of our building renovations involves a certain amount of “verticality” and reaching new heights, both practically and spiritually! The ceiling of our new building is relatively high at 16 feet / 5 meters, but it still requires a ton of work with regard to the installation of the electrical wiring, lighting, ceiling panels, acoustic tiles, and painting. A ladder or scaffolding won’t do in this case, and as such, we’ll need a safe and reliable Electric Scissor Lift (Model: Dingli JCPT0607DCS) as seen in the picture.

This device will not just enable us to quickly and efficiently finish up renovations on the ceiling, but it will also be an investment with regards to any repair work and painting to be done further down the line at any of our other congregations and distribution points, as well as helping out other Israeli congregations that do not have the finances to rent such equipment.

This Electric Propelled Scissor Lift will cost us €16,000 / $17,000. Would you, your home group, or church prayerfully consider sowing a seed towards this practical blessing for the body of Christ in Ashdod? We would be so grateful for your help in this regard, and we firmly believe that God will also bless you in return.

Thank you and Amen!

Strengthening the Hands That Serve:
Encouraging Our Pastoral Family in Eilat

Pastors spend much of their lives encouraging others. They pray with families, guide people through difficult seasons, teach the Scriptures, and help believers grow in their faith. Yet those who faithfully shepherd others also need moments to step away from their daily responsibilities, share their hearts, and receive encouragement themselves. Recently, Pastor Israel traveled to […]

Until All Israel Hears —
The Good News Project

Nearly two thousand years ago, the Good News of Yeshua began spreading from Jerusalem to the nations. This November, believers from those nations will come to Israel to stand alongside our Beit Hallel team, sharing that same message in the streets of the very land where it all began. There is something deeply meaningful about […]

One Family’s Journey of Aliyah, Resilience, and Belonging

“We have nowhere left to return to. We’ve already returned. Home.” These are Olga’s words, and they tell us something about the family we’ve come to know through our work at Beit Hallel. Since arriving in Israel, Olga and her family have experienced the joy of welcoming a new baby, the challenges of starting over, […]

Where He Walked, They Prayed:
200 Israelis Encounter the Gospel at Magdala

There are places in Israel where the stories of the Bible suddenly feel very close. Magdala, on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, is one of them. Recently, we brought 200 Israelis to this ancient town, where Yeshua (Jesus) ministered in the surrounding region nearly 2,000 years ago. We wanted them to discover more […]

The Stones Are Ancient:
The Gospel Still Changes Lives

Some places carry a history that time cannot erase. Along the shores of the Sea of Galilee, ancient stones still bear witness to the world Yeshua walked through—the villages where He taught, the people He encountered, and the lives that were forever changed by meeting Him.  As we prepare to welcome 200 Israelis to the […]

Hebrew Word of the Week:
B’yadcha (בְּיָדְךָ) —
Into Your Hand

Some things are simply beyond our control. We can pray, make wise decisions, do everything we know to do, and still reach a point where the outcome is no longer in our hands. This can be one of the hardest places for us, because we naturally want to know what is going to happen and […]
