Reshaping of the Middle East:
A Call to Prayer for Syria, Israel, and the Region

The Middle East is a region of constant change, where decades of political rule can be upended in the blink of an eye. Nowhere is this more evident than in Syria. After enduring a brutal 55-year reign under the Assad family, Syria is undergoing profound shifts, with new powers emerging and reshaping the landscape of this volatile region. As the situation evolves, the future remains uncertain, especially along Israel’s northern borders.

We are living in prophetic times, where the reshaping of the Middle East is unfolding before our very eyes. God’s hand is at work, even in the midst of the turmoil. Israel, in particular, has been fighting tirelessly for over a year to restore safety and security within her borders. The nation has faced devastating losses in many areas, yet we stand firm in the knowledge that God is greater than any earthly power or plan. His promises to Israel remain unwavering, and His purposes will always prevail.

This is a crucial time for the Church to be vigilant and prayerful, as the future of this region carries profound significance in the world today. We believe in the power of prayer and the authority of God’s Word, which is why we are asking for your prayers now more than ever.

How You Can Pray

  1. For the New Powers Rising in Syria: Pray for divine intervention in Syria as new powers take shape. Ask that God would raise up leaders who seek peace, stability, and justice, rather than destruction and chaos.
  2. For Peace Across the Middle East: Intercede for a spiritual shift across the Middle East, asking God to soften hearts and draw people to the truth of His Word. Pray for the unfolding of His purposes for the region—peace, reconciliation, and transformation.
  3. For Israel’s Safety and Security: Stand in prayer for Israel’s safety and security, especially in these times of uncertainty. Pray for the wisdom and guidance of Israeli leaders, and ask God for His supernatural protection over Israel’s borders, the IDF, and the people of Israel.
  4. For Hostages and Peace: Pray for the safe return of all hostages and for peace to be restored in the land of Israel. May God’s peace (shalom) reign over His people, bringing healing to hearts and restoration to the land.

The toll of this past year has been heavy, but we stand on the unshakable promises of God. His Word declares that He will never forsake Israel, and His plans are to give hope and a future to His people. We are reminded in Jeremiah 29:11 that God has a good plan for Israel—a plan to prosper and give a future filled with hope.

As watchmen on the walls of Jerusalem, we are called to pray without ceasing, to stand firm in faith, and to declare God’s promises over the land. Let us continue to seek His peace (shalom) for Jerusalem and the entire Middle East, knowing that our prayers are heard in heaven and will bring forth God’s will on earth.

“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May those who love you be secure.” (Psalm 122:6)

Thank you for standing with Israel in prayer. Together, we are making a difference for the Kingdom and for the future of this region.

Strengthening the Hands That Serve:
Encouraging Our Pastoral Family in Eilat

Pastors spend much of their lives encouraging others. They pray with families, guide people through difficult seasons, teach the Scriptures, and help believers grow in their faith. Yet those who faithfully shepherd others also need moments to step away from their daily responsibilities, share their hearts, and receive encouragement themselves. Recently, Pastor Israel traveled to […]

Until All Israel Hears —
The Good News Project

Nearly two thousand years ago, the Good News of Yeshua began spreading from Jerusalem to the nations. There is something deeply meaningful about […]

Where He Walked, They Prayed:
200 Israelis Encounter the Gospel at Magdala

There are places in Israel where the stories of the Bible suddenly feel very close. Magdala, on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, is one of them. Hebrew Word of the Week:
B’yadcha (בְּיָדְךָ) —
Into Your Hand

Some things are simply beyond our control. We can pray, make wise decisions, do everything we know to do, and still reach a point where the outcome is no longer in our hands. This can be one of the hardest places for us, because we naturally want to know what is going to happen and […]
