Summer for God:
Israeli Youth Discipleship for a Resilient Generation

“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”

1 Timothy 4:12

Something powerful is stirring in the hearts of Israel’s youth—and we’ve had the joy of witnessing it firsthand.

This past week, during Summer for God, our youth discipleship program, we saw teens come alive—not just with excitement and laughter, but with a growing hunger for God and a clearer sense of identity and purpose. Yes, it was fun. Yes, it was active. But beneath every outing and activity was a deeper goal: to help them connect with Yeshua in a real and personal way, and to grow stronger as young disciples in the land where the Gospel began.

Each day brought something new.

In Tel Aviv, we visited the laser tag arena—not just for the thrill of the game, but to learn about strategy, teamwork, and what it means to fight the right battles in life. We followed it up with group discussions about spiritual warfare and standing firm in faith, even when life feels chaotic or uncertain.

One evening, we headed to the coast to build beach sofas together—digging out the sand, arranging cushions, and preparing a space to rest and share. It might sound simple, but it sparked something deeper. As the sun set, we sat around together, sharing testimonies, asking hard questions, and worshipping under the stars. There’s something unforgettable about worshipping Yeshua with your feet in the sand and the sound of waves behind you.

We also spent time giving back. In Latrun, the youth rolled up their sleeves and helped harvest grapes at a local monastery vineyard. As they worked side by side in the heat, they talked about what it means to serve with joy, to plant and reap in both the natural and spiritual, and to live lives that give rather than take.

In quieter moments, we dove into the Word together—reading Scripture, praying for each other, and learning how to hear God’s voice in everyday life. We talked about big questions: Who am I? What does God want for my life? What does it mean to follow Him when most of your friends don’t?

We didn’t just talk—we walked. Literally. We visited places Yeshua walked, stopping to reflect and connect His story with theirs. At the Jordan River, we shared about how He chose to identify with us, and how He invites us to live lives that reflect Him. No pressure. No hype. Just real conversations, rooted in love and truth.

Here in Israel, life isn’t easy for young people.

They’re growing up in a culture that often pulls them in different directions. Some will soon face military service. Others are already dealing with tough questions about faith, identity, and belonging. But we believe in them. We believe they’re not just the future of Israel—they’re the right-now generation. And we’re not here to entertain them—we’re here to equip them.

That’s why Summer for God exists. To help raise up strong, grounded, faith-filled disciples of Yeshua who can lead with courage and compassion. Through hands-on experiences, heart-level conversations, and Spirit-led discipleship, these teens are learning what it means to follow Jesus not just at church—but in life.

We’re not raising spectators—we’re raising leaders.

Young people who carry light into their families, classrooms, army bases, and cities. Israeli teens who love the Lord, know who they are, and live like it.

And we can’t do it alone.

Will you stand with us? Your prayers and support help us reach more young people like these and continue building something that will last—not just for one summer, but for eternity.

Let’s awaken the future—together.

Mark’s Story —
Where Pain Met the Presence of God

“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” Psalm 34:18 Not every miracle happens in a church service or on a big stage. Sometimes, God shows up quietly—in a small apartment, on an ordinary day, with no lights or microphones. Just love. Just presence. Just Him. That’s what […]

Strengthening the Hands That Serve:
Encouraging Our Pastoral Family in Eilat

Pastors spend much of their lives encouraging others. They pray with families, guide people through difficult seasons, teach the Scriptures, and help believers grow in their faith. Yet those who faithfully shepherd others also need moments to step away from their daily responsibilities, share their hearts, and receive encouragement themselves. Recently, Pastor Israel traveled to […]

Until All Israel Hears —
The Good News Project

Nearly two thousand years ago, the Good News of Yeshua began spreading from Jerusalem to the nations. This November, believers from those nations will come to Israel to stand alongside our Beit Hallel team, sharing that same message in the streets of the very land where it all began. There is something deeply meaningful about […]

Where He Walked, They Prayed:
200 Israelis Encounter the Gospel at Magdala

There are places in Israel where the stories of the Bible suddenly feel very close. Magdala, on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, is one of them. Recently, we brought 200 Israelis to this ancient town, where Yeshua (Jesus) ministered in the surrounding region nearly 2,000 years ago. We wanted them to discover more […]

The Stones Are Ancient:
The Gospel Still Changes Lives

Some places carry a history that time cannot erase. Hebrew Word of the Week:
B’yadcha (בְּיָדְךָ) —
Into Your Hand

Some things are simply beyond our control. We can pray, make wise decisions, do everything we know to do, and still reach a point where the outcome is no longer in our hands. This can be one of the hardest places for us, because we naturally want to know what is going to happen and […]
