Twenty-One Years of Beit Hallel:
Celebrating God’s Goodness Together

Twenty-one years is more than a milestone. It represents thousands of prayers offered in faith, lives touched by God’s grace, tears shed, victories celebrated, and countless reminders that the Lord is faithful to His promises. It is the story of what God can do when ordinary people simply say “yes” to His calling.

This weekend, our Beit Hallel family will gather for a special two-day anniversary conference as we celebrate twenty-one years of God’s goodness. As we prepare for this meaningful time together, we find ourselves reflecting on a journey that has been marked not by our own strength or ability, but by the steadfast hand of God at work among His people.

When God stopped Pastor Israel in his tracks more than two decades ago and called him to something bigger than himself, he could not have known where that single act of obedience would lead. He simply answered, “Hineni”—“Here I am.” What followed became a story of transformed lives, changed destinies, and God’s faithfulness written across twenty-one remarkable years.

What began as a God-given vision has grown into vibrant congregations, a thriving ministry, and a testimony to the goodness of God. Through seasons of growth and seasons of uncertainty, through victories and challenges alike, the Lord has continually shown Himself faithful.

Over these years, we have watched Israel walk through seasons of uncertainty, conflict, and profound change.

We have celebrated moments of great joy together and carried one another through difficult days. We have worshiped during times of war, prayed as sirens sounded, comforted families facing hardship, welcomed new immigrants returning to their ancestral homeland, stood alongside Holocaust survivors, and witnessed God’s faithfulness in ways we could never have imagined when this journey began. Through it all, His presence has never failed us.

Beit Hallel has become a spiritual home where people encounter God, discover His love, and grow in their relationship with Yeshua. Week after week, worship rises from our congregation, prayers are lifted before the Lord, and lives are shaped by the truth of His Word. New believers take their first steps of faith, families are strengthened, young people are equipped to follow God wholeheartedly, and leaders are raised up to serve the next generation.

The impact of this ministry extends far beyond our congregation.

Over the years, God has opened doors to serve communities throughout Israel through practical assistance, discipleship, outreach, and compassionate care. Families in crisis have received support. Holocaust survivors have been served with dignity and friendship. New immigrants have found encouragement as they build new lives in Israel. Young people have discovered purpose and direction. Time and again, God has used simple acts of kindness to reveal His love in tangible ways.

Yet some of the most beautiful stories will never appear in reports or statistics. They are found in the lives of people God has touched along the way. They are the stories of broken hearts finding hope, families discovering a place to belong, young people encountering God in a life-changing way, and men and women learning to trust Him through difficult seasons. They are the stories of people who found not only a congregation, but a spiritual family. These stories are the true legacy of the past twenty-one years.

As we celebrate this anniversary, we are reminded that every step of the journey has been sustained by God’s grace and by faithful friends who have stood with us through the years. Your prayers, encouragement, generosity, and partnership have helped make this ministry possible and have enabled us to continue sharing the love of Yeshua throughout Israel.

This weekend’s anniversary conference will be more than a celebration of the past. It will be an opportunity for our congregation family to worship together, seek the Lord together, and renew our commitment to the calling He has placed before us. As we gather over these two days, we look forward to celebrating God’s goodness, strengthening one another in faith, and preparing our hearts for the season ahead.

The story, however, is far from over.

As we look to the future, we do so with the same faith that marked the beginning of this journey. The challenges facing Israel are real, but so are the opportunities before us. We believe God is continuing to draw people to Himself, strengthen families, equip the next generation, and expand His Kingdom throughout this land.

Our hearts are full of gratitude for all that the Lord has done. We think of the countless people who have walked through the doors of Beit Hallel over the years, the friendships that have been formed, the prayers that have been answered, and the lives that have been changed by the power of God. Looking back, we are humbled by His goodness. Looking ahead, we are filled with expectation. The same God who guided every step of this journey remains faithful today, and we look forward with confidence to all that He still has in store.

“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the congregation and in Messiah Yeshua throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”

Ephesians 3:20–21

To God be all the glory.

Strengthening the Shepherds—Jewish Arab Conference at the Sea of Galilee

Most people see pastors standing behind pulpits, leading congregations, teaching the Word, praying for the sick, comforting the hurting, and carrying the spiritual burdens of others. What is often unseen are the challenges they themselves face along the way. Ministry can be deeply rewarding, but it can also be demanding. Leaders pour themselves out week […]

A Divine Appointment in Jerusalem:
Anna’s Story

One of the greatest privileges of serving on Beit Hallel’s outreach team is witnessing how God prepares hearts long before we ever arrive. Every conversation, every invitation, and every step of obedience creates an opportunity for the Lord to work in someone’s life. Sometimes those opportunities come during organized outreaches. Sometimes they happen during congregational […]

Summer Youth Discipleship at Beit Hallel

Every year, as summer approaches, parents begin making plans for how their children will spend their time. Vacations are scheduled. Camps are organized. Activities fill the calendar. But what if a summer could become something far more than a collection of activities? What if it became a season that changed the direction of a young person’s […]

Strengthening the Hands That Serve:
Encouraging Our Pastoral Family in Eilat

Pastors spend much of their lives encouraging others. They pray with families, guide people through difficult seasons, teach the Scriptures, and help believers grow in their faith. Yet those who faithfully shepherd others also need moments to step away from their daily responsibilities, share their hearts, and receive encouragement themselves. Recently, Pastor Israel traveled to […]

Until All Israel Hears —
The Good News Project

Nearly two thousand years ago, the Good News of Yeshua began spreading from Jerusalem to the nations. This November, believers from those nations will come to Israel to stand alongside our Beit Hallel team, sharing that same message in the streets of the very land where it all began. There is something deeply meaningful about […]

Where He Walked, They Prayed:
200 Israelis Encounter the Gospel at Magdala

There are places in Israel where the stories of the Bible suddenly feel very close. Magdala, on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, is one of them. Recently, we brought 200 Israelis to this ancient town, where Yeshua (Jesus) ministered in the surrounding region nearly 2,000 years ago. We wanted them to discover more […]

The Stones Are Ancient:
The Gospel Still Changes Lives

Some places carry a history that time cannot erase. Along the shores of the Sea of Galilee, ancient stones still bear witness to the world Yeshua walked through—the villages where He taught, the people He encountered, and the lives that were forever changed by meeting Him.  As we prepare to welcome 200 Israelis to the […]

Hebrew Word of the Week:
B’yadcha (בְּיָדְךָ) —
Into Your Hand

Some things are simply beyond our control. We can pray, make wise decisions, do everything we know to do, and still reach a point where the outcome is no longer in our hands. This can be one of the hardest places for us, because we naturally want to know what is going to happen and […]
