After sharing with you the amazing testimony of how against all odds God gave us the victory and provided the right building for our growing Ashkelon congregation, — we are happy to share with you that we officially secured the building and signed the lease.
We now initiated renovations in this new facility that will provide a solution for our growing flock in Ashkelon.
So far they have been gathering in a venue that consisted of one small hall that was used for our worship services, with practically no room for children’s ministry.
With the new building we will not only have a secure place of worship, even if there’s sirens and rocket fire, but we will be able to designate rooms for children ministry.
Ashkelon is a biblical city off the coast of the Mediterranean that is rich with history, prophecy and biblical promises. It also lies about 5 miles off of the border with Gaza, which means it is the first major city that is targeted by rockets from Gaza.
As a growing city that is expanding, building and receiving a large number of new immigrants, we feel God is preparing something big in this city. Our job is to be obedient and build a house of worship for Him in Ashkelon.
Would you consider being a part of that house of worship in Ashkelon and help us build it by supporting the freshly started renovation work?
This is an opportunity to be a part of something great that lays down the foundation for the Lord’s harvest in Ashkelon, Israel.
