The war in Israel continues to rage on, leaving families across the country in a state of fear, uncertainty, and deep need. At Beit Hallel Congregation, we are doing everything we can to reach those affected with tangible aid and the love of God.
But we cannot do it alone.
Just today, our team visited 30 families, delivering essential food packages and supplies—basic necessities that many can no longer access or afford due to the crisis.
One mother, holding her small child, thanked us through tears:
“Thank you so much for the food and for the volunteers who came. It’s very dangerous to go outside right now, especially with a baby. Your help came at just the right time.”
Another woman, recovering from surgery and unable to work, shared:
“We are a large family, and things are very difficult with the bills and the banks. What you’re doing is a huge help for us. Thank you.”
These are just two stories among thousands of families struggling to survive during these dark days. Many are afraid to leave their homes as air-raid sirens sound and missiles fall from the sky. Shops are closed, incomes have vanished, and hope is wearing thin.
