The Jews established and imposed it upon themselves and their descendants and all who would join them, that without fail they should celebrate these two days every year, according to the written instructions and according to the prescribed time.
The story of Purim and Queen Esther teaches us the importance of caring enough to intercede and stand in the gap, to help when you have the power to do so, and not hide behind privilege.
That is why helping through our humanitarian projects is even more important for us during biblical festivals.
It helps to carry a special message of love, that if a nation can be saved through one person’s brave actions, how much more can that love accomplish when we unite and come together to help those that have the least?
This is why we want to ensure this upcoming Purim we are able to specifically bless the children with special gift packages. For a gift of $25, you have the ability to put a smile on a child’s face that has possibly seen more terror over the past year than we will see in our lifetime. Our goal is to bless as many children as we can reach, and make sure Esther’s message or standing in the gap for her own people touches and comforts their hearts.
This is the type of help your generosity accomplishes. When you sow into our work, we always strive to make sure your gift goes a long way and truly makes a difference. Know that when you are stirred to give and support our humanitarian work, there are precious people, faces and life stories behind the help and the receiver, there is always a warm hand that would be thankful to shake yours in gratitude for your kindness and generosity.

Additionally, we were approached by Ashdod City Hall and asked if we would be interested in putting on a musical about Purim with our drama club that meets every week here at Beit Hallel.
The facility is offered free of charge, and it is an extraordinary opportunity to showcase the profound significance of Purim from a truly biblical perspective through our church members’ anointed work through BH’s drama club.
Please Pray for Open Ears and Receptive Hearts!
