There are places in Israel where the words of Scripture suddenly feel very close. You can stand where kings prayed, where prophets cried out to God, where Yeshua taught and walked—and realize that the prayers recorded thousands of years ago were never meant to remain words on a page. They still call us to believe the same God today.
This week, I want to invite you to begin a new journey with me.
Together with our ministry team, we are starting a new series that will take us to biblical places throughout Israel—places where the story of God unfolded—and from each one, we will open the Word, pray together, and pray specifically for you, your family, your ministry, and the circumstances you are carrying before the Lord. And there could hardly be a more meaningful place to begin than here in Jerusalem, at the Western Wall, near the place where the Temple once stood.
As I stood there with our team praying alongside me, I found myself returning to one of the most remarkable prayers in Scripture: the prayer King Solomon prayed at the dedication of the Temple. First, Solomon prayed for his own people: “May you hear the supplication of your servant and of your people Israel when they pray toward this place. Hear from heaven, your dwelling place…” (1 Kings 8:30). But then something extraordinary happens. Solomon’s prayer reaches beyond Israel. He speaks of the foreigner—the one who does not belong to the people of Israel, but who will hear of the great name of the God of Israel, of His mighty hand and His outstretched arm, and turn toward Him in prayer. Solomon asks the Lord to hear that person from heaven and answer, “so that all the peoples of the earth may know Your name” (1 Kings 8:41–43). Thousands of years ago, standing before the Lord in Jerusalem, Solomon prayed for the nations.
And as I read those words, I thought about you.
Many of you who pray with us, stand with Israel, and have become part of this ministry family are among those very nations. You may be thousands of miles from Jerusalem, but the God Solomon prayed to is not confined by geography. Even the heavens cannot contain Him. He sees you where you are, He knows what you are carrying, and He hears from heaven. This is at the heart of why we are beginning this new series: we want to take you with us through the biblical landscape of Israel—to stand in places where kings prayed, prophets stood, miracles happened, and Yeshua walked. We will open the Scriptures there and allow the history beneath our feet to remind us of the faithfulness of the God we still serve today. And from each of these places, our team and I will pray with you and for you.
Here at the Western Wall, we began by praying for miracles and breakthroughs. We prayed for healing and restoration, for relationships that need the touch of God, for divine connections and doors that only He can open. We prayed for families, ministries and businesses, for the desires you have carried quietly before the Lord, and above all, that you would know Him more deeply and see His mighty hand at work in your life. The stones themselves have no power, and our faith is never in a place. Our faith is in the living God who hears from heaven. Yet there is something deeply meaningful about standing in the land where these words were first spoken, opening the same Scriptures, and joining our prayers with the testimony of generations who trusted Him before us.
So from Jerusalem, this is my prayer for you today:
May the Lord visit your home. May He bring healing where there has been pain, restoration where something has been broken, provision where there is need, divine connections where a door needs to open, and His shalom into the places you have been carrying quietly before Him. May He strengthen your faith to believe again that He is mighty, He is near, and He is faithful.
And this is only the beginning. In the weeks ahead, I want to take you with me to more of the places where the Bible comes alive beneath our feet. We will open the Word, remember what God has done, and together believe Him for what He can still do. From the land of Israel, we will be praying for you. And when God answers—when something changes, a door opens, healing comes, or you see His hand move in a way you have been praying for—please share your testimony with us. We want this journey to become not only a journey through the places of the Bible, but a living testimony to the faithfulness of the God of Israel today.
