Raising up a Tabernacle in the Midst of Covid-19

A very special project this season that needs your helping hand and heart is our “Tent Revival Project”. With covid cases rising again, Israel is once again returning to its severe restrictions when it comes to gatherings. Again we are unable to gather more than 50 people for our weekly worship service, leaving so many of our congregants without the possibility to worship together at our congregation. However, a solution would be a large meeting tent we will be assembling in our parking lot every week, providing an additional gathering space and doubling our capacity.

It’s amazing to think we are returning to the Tent Revival method of revival pioneers of the 20th century. In Israel, it acquires a new meaning, with such a tent resembling a tabernacle that once again is becoming an amazing solution for gatherings and worship.

Due to winter conditions, the tent has to be fully equipped to house outdoor worship meetings with heaters, sound equipment, seating, etc. However, it’s an investment worth making, because it will also serve in other seasons for evangelism campaigns, youth camps, conferences, and retreats.

Currently putting up this Tabernacle is an urgent need for us, as we need to provide a solution for congregation services, despite the restrictions.

We urgently need to raise $20,000 to purchase and fully equip this ministry tent, so we can continue gathering and having congregation meetings during these challenging and uncertain times.

Would you consider supporting this project as part of your year-end donation? (Tax-deductible in the US) It would make the biggest difference in the world for us right now.
