Every summer, we place special emphasis on our work with the youth, recognizing that this is when they need us most.
During the summer break, away from the structure of school, we often see a decline in their spiritual walk. This is why, as summer months draw them away from church life, we commit ourselves to reaching out, awakening their spirits, and equipping them with powerful tools to face the world anew at the end of their summer break, whether back at school or joining their IDF military service.
“Summer for God” was designed for just that purpose. It’s a youth program aimed at becoming a navigation system for our youth, giving them a clear sense of direction, orientation and guidance as they move through this challenging season of their young life.
Every morning, we gather our youth for prayer, Bible study, sharing and fellowship, as well as practical ministry work and touring biblical places in the Land.
Imagine the impact of studying God’s Word in the very places where biblical events unfolded—in Jerusalem, Galilee, and Judea. This unique privilege leaves an indelible mark on their hearts.
Spending entire days in Jerusalem, discussing ancient prophecies, biblical heroes, and the relevance of the Bible today. It is an amazing opportunity to strengthen their faith and secure their walk with the Lord during a time when the world vies for their attention and hearts.
Over the years “Summer for God” proved to be a transformative experience for so many young people, touching something deep in their hearts.
