For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.
Colossians 1:9
In Hebrew knowledge of God is “da’at Elohim”.
This prayer is for us to know and understand the will of God — what are His plans and purposes for your life?
Many times we pray asking God to do different things for us, but I think the best prayer is to simply ask the Lord what is His will for our lives, for our day, week or month. Let Him set the pace and dictate the agenda, and we will follow.
Shabbat Prayer:
I pray God will show you and give you a deep revelation of His will.
“Da’at ratzon Elohim” — the knowledge of the will of God.
May the Lord give you the understanding and revelation about His will for your life. Because when we walk in His will and in His goodness, we will see all the blessings and breakthroughs, all the glory of God in every single circumstance.
Shabbat shalom!
