Two thousand years ago, in the heart of Jerusalem, something world-changing took place. On the day of Shavuot—known in the New Testament as Pentecost—the Holy Spirit was poured out upon the disciples of Yeshua. What followed was nothing short of miraculous: fiery boldness, powerful preaching, and the first great harvest of souls into the Kingdom of God.
But Shavuot was never meant to be just a memorial of the past. It is a prophetic feast, a divine appointment that points to an even greater outpouring in the last days. As the prophet Joel declared, “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh” (Joel 2:28). We believe that we are living in that “afterward” season, and once again, the Lord is calling His people to gather in Jerusalem—this time, to reap a harvest once more.
This Shavuot, Beit Hallel Congregation is returning to the very place where it all began: Jerusalem.
We are preparing a significant evangelistic outreach right in the city of the Great King. Our goal is to bring hundreds of non-believing Israelis—young and old, from cities across the nation—to experience the beauty of God’s appointed feast and hear, perhaps for the first time, the life-transforming message of salvation (Yeshuah) through Yeshua the Messiah.
It’s a full-circle moment. To stand in Jerusalem, proclaiming the Gospel on the very day it was first preached, is a profound fulfillment of prophecy and promise. We are expecting not only a joyous celebration, but an encounter with the living God. We’re believing for salvations, for hearts to be awakened, and for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon our people.
Our team is working tirelessly and prayerfully to prepare every detail—organizing transportation, sharing invitations, preparing worship, and interceding for an open heaven over the gathering. The atmosphere we are envisioning is one of joy, unity, and Holy Spirit power—just like it was in Acts chapter 2.
