Praise the Lord—after weeks of fear and uncertainty, the war has finally come to an end, and a ceasefire has been declared. It’s a moment of relief for so many across the land, and we thank God for His protection throughout this time of great trial.
These past weeks have been incredibly painful.
Ballistic missiles rained down on Israeli cities, sirens echoed night and day, and families were forced to run for cover at a moment’s notice. Tragically, nearly 30 people lost their lives, many more were injured, and thousands of families have been left homeless. The physical destruction is overwhelming—but the emotional wounds are just as deep.
During this time, Beit Hallel was able to act as the hands and feet of Jesus. We entered bomb shelters with food, encouragement, and the hope of the Gospel. We sat with people in their fear and confusion, speaking life and peace into their hearts. We comforted the lonely, listened to the hurting, and simply were there—when presence meant everything.
We also visited those who were trapped in their homes, unable to leave due to the constant threat of attack. It was such a blessing to bring warmth and encouragement to people who felt isolated and forgotten. Many opened up with tears, deeply moved just by someone being there to talk, to care, to pray.
And now that the rockets have stopped, our mission is far from over. In fact, it’s just beginning.
The need has not vanished with the ceasefire. If anything, it has grown. Many people are still grieving, still afraid, and still unsure of their future. Some are even questioning whether they should remain in Israel or leave the country altogether. We’ve had the opportunity to speak biblical truth into these moments of crisis—reminding them of God’s promises and of something else incredibly important: you.
Yes, you—our dear friends and supporters from around the world. We’ve told them about your love, your prayers, your faithful support for Israel and its people. And we’ve told them that they are not alone. There is a family of believers standing with them, across the ocean, across the world—because of the God of Israel and the truth of His Word.
Now that the sirens have fallen silent, we are free to do even more. Bigger outreach projects are already in motion. We’re mobilizing resources, planning new initiatives, and continuing to meet the growing needs around us—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
So we ask you to keep standing with us. Let us continue to bless Israel together, to comfort those who mourn, and to share the love of Yeshua with all who need Him most.
As it is written, “Comfort, comfort My people,” says your God (Isaiah 40:1). That is our calling in this hour—and together, we are fulfilling it.
