This summer, while the world around us feels more chaotic than ever — especially here in Israel — something beautiful has been happening among our youth. Summer for God has become more than just a seasonal program. It’s become a spiritual compass.
For many Israeli youngsters, it’s been a turning point. In a season filled with distractions, confusion, and constant noise, they’ve found space to breathe, grow, and meet God for themselves — not just as someone their parents talk about, but as their own personal Savior.
As one of our leaders shared:
“Many of these kids come from believing homes, but the God they’ve known is the God of their parents. Now, they’re encountering Him as their own.”
And we’ve seen it — lives being touched, questions turning into convictions, and real friendships forming around a shared hunger for truth.
Real Faith. Real Fun. Real Growth.
Throughout the summer, our youth have gathered in homes, on beaches, in parks — eating together, worshiping, digging into Scripture, and having honest conversations about life and faith. There’s been laughter, prayer, and real spiritual hunger.
As one teen put it:
“So many people come with the same desire — to get closer to God. It uplifts the spirit. And it’s fun!”
Another shared:
“It teaches you how to be with people, how to understand Jesus.”
These aren’t just summer activities. They’re foundations for life.
What’s Next?
As we head into the final weeks of Summer for God, we’re not slowing down — we’re going deeper. More opportunities for teens to encounter God, grow in character, and step into leadership are already in motion.
We believe this generation isn’t just the future of the Body — they’re part of it right now.
