A fragile ceasefire was announced overnight between Israel and Iran—and for the first time in a while, there’s quiet in our skies. But for so many across Israel, the real battle isn’t over. Yes, the missiles have stopped (for now), but the brokenness, fear, and uncertainty are still here. Families are still shaken. Homes are still damaged. People are still trying to figure out what comes next.
That’s why we’re not stopping.
From War Zones to Frontlines of Hope
During the worst of the fighting, while sirens were wailing and people were running to shelters, our team was out there—delivering food, helping families, comforting children, and turning bomb shelters into welcoming spaces. We saw so much pain. But we also saw something else: God’s love moving powerfully through every act of kindness. And now, even with the ceasefire in place, we’re still here. The need hasn’t gone away. If anything, it’s deeper now.
Showing Up with Practical Love
In cities like Ashdod and Ashkelon, and all over Israel, life still feels uncertain. Families are exhausted. Many are living in shelters or dealing with the emotional aftermath of weeks under fire. We’re doing what we know how to do—showing up with love, food, prayer, and practical help.
Here’s what we’ve been giving out, thanks to your support:
We’ve been distributing electric fans ($27) and portable A/C units ($347.49) for stuffy bomb shelters—because hiding underground in this summer heat is rough.
We’ve also been providing food baskets ($50), packed with essentials for families who’ve lost work or can’t safely get to the store. Every fan, every basket, every smile—it all says: You matter. You’re not alone.
When a Bag of Clothes Feels Like a Hug
We’ve met so many families who had to leave everything behind in seconds. Bombs don’t just destroy buildings—they uproot lives. Our volunteers—from teens to grandparents—are packing bags full of clothes, toiletries, and personal items. These aren’t just “donations.” They’re reminders that someone cares. That someone sees them. And our underground shelter? It’s no longer just a place to hide. It’s become a real refuge—a place where families can catch their breath, have a warm drink, and know they’re loved.
Little Things Make a Big Difference
Sometimes it’s the simple things: a warm blanket, a cup of tea, a mattress to sleep on, a calm voice saying, “We’re here with you.” That’s how peace starts to grow back—even in the middle of fear and loss.
What About the Kids?
The hardest part? Watching what this war is doing to the children. We’ve seen little ones trying to do school online while sirens go off. Kids playing in shelters because it’s not safe to be outside. Some are too scared to sleep at night. But they’re strong—stronger than they should have to be. And every time we speak peace over them, every time we remind them that God is with them, we see a little more light in their eyes.

Food That Feeds More Than Hunger
Right now, groceries are expensive, and work is hard to find. Some families have gone days without a proper meal. That’s why your support means so much. Every food bag we hand out brings not just physical nourishment—but dignity and hope. We’ve seen tears. We’ve heard people say, “We thought we were forgotten.” And we get to tell them, “You’re not. God sees you. We all do.”

And we won’t slow down now. Because even when the world shakes, God remains unshaken. He hasn’t abandoned Israel—and He never will.
