There is a stillness in the air. For the first time in what has felt like an eternity, the sound of rockets has paused. The ceasefire in Israel has begun. And while we do not know how long this moment will last, we are choosing to embrace it as an opportunity—a divine window to bring comfort, love, and hope to the people of Israel.
During the attacks, we ran.
We ran to bomb shelters, to shattered homes, to frightened families. We stood with the people, prayed with them, and helped however we could, even under threat. But now, for the first time in weeks, we can walk freely. Now, we can go to the people, invite them into our centers, and embrace them without fear of sirens. It is a new day—one marked by great need, but also by great opportunity.
Thousands of families have lost everything. Their homes are gone. Their neighborhoods have been destroyed. Children and elderly alike have been uprooted and relocated to hotels, living with uncertainty, trauma, and pain. And yet, in the midst of such sorrow, we see the hand of God moving—through your prayers, your generosity, and your unwavering love.
“Comfort, comfort my people, says your God. Speak tenderly to Jerusalem…”
Isaiah 40:1–2
Friends, now is the time. Not just to hope, not just to pray—but to act. Because of the ceasefire, we can do more. We can bring people into safe spaces. We can gather them for meals, for worship, for healing. We can remind them that they are not forgotten, that the global Body of Messiah stands with them.
Every time we hand someone a warm meal, a blanket, or a listening ear, we tell them: This is from your brothers and sisters in the nations. They love you. They are praying for you. They are standing with you. And the response is always the same—tears, gratitude, and hope. Many say they never imagined such love from strangers. But as we know, we are not strangers—we are one family in the Messiah.
“Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep. Live in harmony with one another…”
Romans 12:15–16
We live in times the prophets saw from afar. And now, by the mercy of God, we are walking in those very prophecies. We are witnessing restoration, tribulation, and redemption all at once. What a privilege to serve as the hands and feet of Yeshua in such a season. What a calling to be messengers of His comfort.
So today, we ask: Will you continue with us?
Will you help us bless the children whose lives have been shaken?
Will you help us care for the elderly who are isolated and afraid?
Will you help us speak hope to the brokenhearted—and proclaim the promises of God to a weary people?
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope.”
Jeremiah 29:11
Together, we can be that hope. Through your prayers, your encouragement, and your financial support, we are making a tangible difference. We are comforting the people of Israel in their time of war, and we are proclaiming the unshakable truth of God’s Word: He has not forgotten His people.
