For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building.
1 Corinthians 3:9
Our building project has become something more prolific and significant than we could have ever imagined. More than just being an anointed construction project to prepare a place where believers can worship God, it has become a visionary and prophetic movement that has brought many people together to see the name of Yeshua lifted high in the city of Ashdod. It is indeed as the scripture says — we have become co-workers in God’s service, God’s field, and His building.
We have seen so many amazing responses from people all across the world with regards to praying for our building project, donating towards the project, as well as physically joining us to volunteer their time in preparing it for ministry. We are getting closer and closer to crossing the finish line, but we need you! The progress on the building has been phenomenal, so much so that it’s hard to even imagine that it once was an empty shell. We are so thankful for the progress that we’ve made by God’s grace, but we still need to wrap up a number of projects in the building’s foyer, that includes paintwork, ceiling panels, decor, a coffee area, and restrooms. The auditorium itself still requires acoustic panelling, a full complement of chairs, decor, lighting, a sound system, and stage extensions and rigging.
The total completion of our new building will cost us a remaining $100,000, and we would like to invite you to stand with us in this historic project of raising up the first believer-owned congregational building in Ashdod. This church building will serve as a place of worship for hundreds of Israelis every week, as well as a revival center where Israeli believers and the youth will be discipled, leaders and ministers will be raised up, and from where new churches and congregations will be planted all over Israel! In addition, this building will serve as a venue for impacting conferences, seminars, Bible school and leadership training.
We invite you to become a part of this vision by joining hands with us and investing in this mission. Any amount that you feel led to sow will make a difference. Thank you for blessing the nation of Israel and for sharing in its prophetic destiny!
Beit Hallel is a Messianic Jewish congregation in Ashdod, led by pastor Israel Pochtar, serving holocaust survivors and the poor and needy locally and throughout the nation of Israel, while building up the body of Messiah in the promised land of Israel.
