When God tied Jerusalem’s Peace to our Wellbeing
Jerusalem Outreach Spotlight

For Zion’s sake I will not keep silent, for Jerusalem’s sake I will not remain quiet, till her vindication shines out like the dawn, her salvation like a blazing torch.

Isaiah 62:1

There’s no denying that if there’s one city that is dearest to God’s heart, it is Jerusalem. No other city is spoken about more in the Bible, more prophesied over or holds more promises than Jerusalem. A city that has always been a point of contention for thousands of years still brings out the best and the worst in people. Perhaps it is to be expected when we realize that Jerusalem holds the key to both our history and future.

No wonder God tied our wellbeing to Jerusalem’s when He said in Psalms 122:6pray for the peace of Jerusalem. May they prosper who love you”.  It was the Lord’s way of saying: “if you take care of her, I’ll take care of you.” That’s exactly what we aim to do with our recently launched humanitarian outreach project in Jerusalem whose goal is to provide a much needed immediate relief to families in need, new immigrants, orphans, widows and holocaust survivors.

Sometimes it’s easy to overlook the fact that in all its uniqueness, Jerusalem is also a city like any other, and real people with real-life problems live there. Jewish people from all walks of life reside, work, study, plant roots, start families, run businesses, and build their lives in Jerusalem. With all of its rich history, Jerusalem is also home to modern-day real people and real families with real needs, especially Olim (Jews returning to Israel).

Humanitarian relief in Jerusalem for people in need is a much-needed project that reaches and impacts so many people whose testimonies we hear every time we connect with them. When you support our humanitarian relief work in Jerusalem you are in fact being an active part of rebuilding Jerusalem, as it is written:

Foreigners will rebuild your walls, and their kings will serve you.

Isaiah 60:10

In these turbulent times more than ever, please prayerfully consider supporting our Jerusalem Relief Outreach, and become a part of fulfillment of biblical prophecies.

Thank you and God bless!
