You can grow up in Israel surrounded by the places of the Bible and still never truly hear the Gospel. You can know the names of the prophets, recognize the stories of Scripture, and walk streets where biblical history unfolded—and yet never have someone open the Word of God with you and tell you personally about Yeshua.
This Saturday, we have another precious opportunity to do exactly that. A group of Israelis will join us in Jerusalem for a day centered first and foremost on hearing the Good News. We will share the Gospel, open the Scriptures, speak about Yeshua, and create space for honest questions, conversation, and prayer. Then, as we walk together through significant biblical places in Jerusalem, they will have the extraordinary opportunity to see with their own eyes the land of the Bible they have just been hearing about.

At the heart of this outreach is a simple conviction that has guided Beit Hallel for many years: people need the opportunity to hear the Gospel clearly and personally. We cannot assume that because someone lives in Israel, knows the biblical stories, or has walked through Jerusalem before, they understand who Yeshua is or what He has done for them. That is why we go. We share the message of God’s love and redemption, speak about Yeshua and the hope of salvation found in Him, listen to people’s questions, pray with them, and trust the Holy Spirit to work in ways that no program or carefully chosen words ever could.
And then Jerusalem gives us something remarkable. After hearing the Gospel and opening the Scriptures together, people are able to step into the landscape of the Bible itself. Places that may have existed only as names on a page become real. They can see the hills, walk the ancient streets, touch the stones, and realize that the events Scripture describes did not happen in some distant, imaginary world. They happened here, in this land. Suddenly, the Bible has geography, and our prayer is that as Scripture becomes more tangible, its message will become more personal too.

We never know which moment God may use. It may happen while the Gospel is being shared, during a quiet conversation with one of our team, through a passage of Scripture, in a moment of prayer, or while someone stands in Jerusalem and realizes that the Yeshua they have just heard about walked this very land. We do not need to know beforehand where the seed will take root. Our calling is to sow it faithfully and trust God with what follows.
This Saturday’s outreach is one part of the ongoing evangelistic work we are committed to throughout Israel. We want to continue going beyond the walls of our congregation, meeting people where they are, sharing Yeshua openly and lovingly, and creating opportunities for Israelis to encounter the Gospel for themselves. As we prepare for Saturday, would you pray with us? Pray for open hearts and divine appointments, that the Gospel will be shared with clarity and grace, that questions will lead to meaningful conversations, and that the Holy Spirit will reveal Yeshua in a deeply personal way to those who come.

And if the Lord places this work on your heart, we invite you to stand with us through your support as well. Your partnership helps make outreaches like this possible and enables us to continue taking the Gospel beyond our walls—to Jerusalem and throughout Israel. There are still so many people living so close to the story who have never truly heard the Good News at its heart. Together, let’s keep telling them.
