You are Israel’s Prayer Army:
A Call to Intercession and Action in Time of War

The complexities of the war Israel is now forced to fight on seven different fronts are overwhelming. From daily missile and rocket attacks to relentless terrorist incursions and regional threats, the pressure on Israel is immense. This is a moment when the nation of Israel desperately needs its allies to stand firm and rally around her.

As believers, we know the deeper battle at play. The physical war is only one part of the struggle—behind it lies a spiritual battle. The enemy’s ultimate goal is not only to destroy Israel but to wage war against the souls of men. His aim is to oppose everything that belongs to God—His people, His promises, and His land. Those who come against God’s purposes bring destruction upon themselves, fulfilling the enemy’s agenda.

That is why this is a critical time for Christians to stand with Israel—both in prayer and action. We are reminded of Psalm 122:6, which calls us to:

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: ‘May those who love you prosper.’

It is not only a call to pray for peace but also a promise that those who align themselves with God’s people will be blessed and strengthened. This is echoed in God’s covenant promise in Genesis 12:3:

“I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”

Israel is currently under siege—enduring over 100 daily missile, drone, and rocket attacks from Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, and Iraq. On top of that, the nation battles Hamas terrorists in Gaza, where more than 100 Israeli hostages remain captive. These attacks are compounded by Iran’s ballistic threats, making this one of the most perilous moments in Israel’s modern history.

Israel did not seek this war, yet it fights to protect its borders, secure its people, and restore peace. In the midst of these trials, there is a great need for healing and restoration. Psalm 147:2-3, 13-14 reminds us of God’s promises:

The Lord builds up Jerusalem; He gathers together the outcasts of Israel. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds… For He has strengthened the bars of your gates. He has blessed your children within you. He makes peace in your borders.

As believers, we know God’s promises are sure—but our prayers are essential. Now more than ever, we must lift our voices on behalf of Israel, standing on His Word and declaring His truth over the nation.

This is a time to be true watchmen on the walls of Jerusalem, as described in Isaiah 62:6-7:

I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the Lord, give yourselves no rest, and give Him no rest till He establishes Jerusalem and makes her the praise of the earth.

Dear brothers and sisters, you are the faithful watchmen. Your loyalty, support, and continuous prayers make a profound difference. Thank you for standing with Israel in these difficult times, for remaining true to God’s Word, and for being a beacon of light in a world that often opposes His truth.

Together, let us pray, act, and stand firm until God’s promises for Israel are fulfilled and His peace reigns in Jerusalem.
Amen!

The Prophetic Significance of Events Unfolding in Israel

We live in the days when biblical prophecies are coming to pass before our very eyes, even as we witness how the world is changing.  Today Israel is fighting a war on seven fronts: Gaza, West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Iran. However, there’s an eight invisible front—spiritual warfare, and it is the most […]

Being Homefront Guardians:
Winter Relief for Families in Israel

Wartime challenges every part of society—those on the frontlines defending the borders and those on the homefront, ensuring the most vulnerable are protected and cared for. The Unexpected Encounter That Gave Marina Hope

Marina* came to our Sukkot celebration carrying a fear she could do nothing about. Her son was in prison in Ukraine, badly wounded, and she did not know what would happen to him. She had no idea that among the people she would meet that day was someone whose own story would touch hers in […]

The Work He Left In Our Hands —
Galilee Evangelism Campaign

Here in Israel, many people can know the names of biblical places and the stories connected with them — and still know very little about who Yeshua really is. For many of the new Jewish immigrants we meet, Israel itself is also new. They are building a life in a new country, discovering the land, […]

“Please Don’t Wait Too Long” —
Holocaust Survivors Project Report

Some of the Holocaust survivors who walked into our gathering in Ashdod already knew us. Others did not. We could see the hesitation on a few faces, and we understood it. They had been invited into a room with people they barely knew — and we were wondering how they would respond when we spoke […]

Inside the Sukkah:
Remembering the God Who Provides

One of the things I love about Sukkot is how many simple reminders of God’s faithfulness surround us during this Feast. We build the sukkah, we sit beneath its branches, we share meals together as families, and we remember something our people have needed to remember for thousands of years: everything we have ultimately comes […]

Hebrew Word of the Week:
Adonai Uzzi (יְהוָה עֻזִּי) —
The LORD Is My Strength

We all become tired sometimes, and I don’t mean only physically. There is another kind of tiredness that comes when you have been carrying something for a long time. You have prayed, you have tried to make the right decisions, you have kept going, but the situation has still not changed. After some time, you […]

“Don’t Forget Us. Come Again” —
Holocaust Survivors Praise Report

The Moroccan food was a hit. We had brought it from Ashdod for a gathering with Holocaust survivors in Jerusalem, and before long people around the tables were asking about our city. What is Ashdod like? Could they come visit sometime? We loved that. Somewhere between passing plates, talking across the table and getting to […]
