Incredible Reconciliation Conference in Turkey Brings Believers Together

Something truly special happened recently in Turkey—a powerful reconciliation conference where ministers from Israel and leaders from mostly Muslim nations, including those where Christians face persecution, gathered to worship, pray, and build bridges.

It was a time of incredible unity,
with Jesus at the center,
breaking down barriers and strengthening faith.

Beit Hallel Congregation’s very own Pastor Kostia Tsivin had the amazing opportunity to be there. Not only did he witness the Holy Spirit moving, but he also got to interview several ministers from these nations. Their stories were deeply touching—filled with faith, perseverance, and the reality of serving Jesus in difficult places. For security reasons, some of them had to remain anonymous, but their words left a lasting impact on everyone who heard them.

Throughout the conference, participants shared testimonies of what God is doing in places like Egypt, Turkey, Uganda, and Ethiopia. Many of these nations are predominantly Muslim, and believers there often face severe opposition because of their faith. Yet, even in regions where following Jesus comes with great risk, Christians are standing firm, and the Gospel is spreading. Because of safety concerns, much of what happened couldn’t be filmed, but the presence of God was undeniable.

One of the most powerful aspects of this gathering was seeing Jewish and Arab believers, along with leaders from North Africa and the Middle East, coming together as one family in Christ. Despite the challenges they face—governmental restrictions, persecution, and societal opposition—they remain committed to their faith, reminding us all of the unstoppable power of the Gospel.

This conference was a call to action for all of us.

The spiritual battle in these regions is intense, and our brothers and sisters need our prayers. Now is the time to stand with them, to intercede, and to declare the victory that Jesus has already won.

God’s Kingdom is advancing, even in the darkest places. Let’s keep lifting up these brave believers in prayer and believing for even greater things to come.

Be encouraged, stay strong in faith, and let’s continue to stand together as the global Body of Christ!

Praying for You from Israel:
The God Who Hears from Heaven

There are places in Israel where the words of Scripture suddenly feel very close. You can stand where kings prayed, where prophets cried out to God, where Yeshua taught and walked—and realize that the prayers recorded thousands of years ago were never meant to remain words on a page. They still call us to believe […]

Where He Walked, We Still Proclaim:
Rosh Hashanah and Sukkot Evangelism

There are places in the Galilee where the words of the Gospels suddenly become geography. Along these shores Yeshua called ordinary people to follow Him. In these towns He taught, healed, restored lives, and proclaimed the Kingdom of God. This was not simply the backdrop of His ministry. The Galilee was one of the places […]

Starting School, Starting Over:
Helping New Immigrant Families in Israel

Imagine arriving in Israel with three children, a few suitcases, and an entire life to rebuild. There is a home to establish, a new language to navigate, paperwork to understand—and suddenly, the first day of school is right around the corner. For many of the families we have recently welcomed, that is not an imaginary […]

When Hearts Begin to Open:
Evangelism in Jerusalem

Something happens when you spend an entire day together. Somewhere along the road, the small talk begins to fade. Stories come out. Questions get asked. You laugh together, share what you’re carrying, and before long, people who were strangers not so long ago begin to feel a little more like friends. That is what happened […]

When Knowing God Changes Everything

What would it take to truly change the world? We look around us and see conflict, pain, division, and destruction, and it is easy to imagine that the answer must be found in something equally enormous. We think of governments, armies, movements, or great changes in society. Yet Isaiah gives us a surprising answer. He […]

Hebrew Word of the Week: Adonai Ro’i (יְהוָה רֹעִי) — The LORD Is My Shepherd

Hebrew Word of the Week:
Adonai Ro’i (יְהוָה רֹעִי) —
The LORD Is My Shepherd

Psalm 23 begins with words that many of us have known for years: “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.” We read them when we need comfort, we pray them when we are facing difficulties, and we share them with others who need encouragement. But sometimes a Scripture becomes so familiar that we […]
