Young people in Israel face a unique reality. While others their age have the opportunity to explore the world and enjoy college life, Israeli 18-year-olds get to grow up overnight when they are drafted to the IDF and are sent to defend their home and country.
The reality of war accelerates their journey into fully formed adults, demanding they face the reality and responsibility of being this nation’s protectors.
Our mission is to prepare the way of the Lord by preparing these young hearts for their weighty calling.
Providing the tools and equipping our youth with the wisdom, resilience, and unwavering faith they need to navigate the challenges ahead is a way to help them develop the kind of character that will stand firm amidst life’s inevitable storms.
Our upcoming youth discipleship retreat in the Galilee is a vital part of this mission. During these days, young Israeli believers will have the opportunity to sit at Yeshua’s feet, absorb powerful teachings focused on discipleship, the Word, engage in prayer, and uplift one another – just as the first disciples did.
This retreat is more than just a gathering; it is equipping worshippers, watchmen and warriors of Israel. It’s critical we invest in raising a generation of true leaders in these difficult times when leadership is lacking – leaders firmly rooted in their faith and ready to soar with strength and conviction.
